Welcome to Doge Project ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, mobile application, or other platforms (collectively, "Platforms"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platforms.

Use of Our Platforms

Our Platforms are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use our Platforms for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not attempt to interfere with our Platforms, our servers, or our network.

Granted Rights

The access rights that are granted through holding a Doge Project NFT are exclusive access to the decentralized applications on our website.

User Content and NFTs

You may have the ability to post, submit, or otherwise make available content, including text, images, and other materials ("User Content") on our Platforms. You may also use our Platforms to create, buy, sell, or otherwise trade non-fungible tokens ("NFTs") related to gambling activities.

By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or hereafter developed.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to post User Content on our Platforms, that the User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party, and that the User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our Platforms, including without limitation, the Doge Project name and logo, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Doge Project or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content or materials on our Platforms without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our Platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our Platforms, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doge Project, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of our Platforms or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Platforms. Your continued use of our Platforms after the changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Platforms at any time, for any reason, without notice to you. These Terms shall survive any termination or other events.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica and/or Malta, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
