NFT Collections

Regarding the NFT art, the Doge Project team has created a line of NFT collections to emphatically portray what we all want to see… Dogecoin overtake those cryptocurrencies in the way and be the crypto of the future. But this isn't the only story being told. As blockchain lovers and enthusiast, we see the potential good that a decentralized world could bring. This is why the Doge Project brings you the Decentralized Future Initiative.

This Doge Project will be a brand, and will consist of 3 initial paid collections of Doge and Shiba themed NFTs, and a free mint collection that is anime themed. But Doge Project doesn't plan to stop there, with more collections in development that tie directly into and build off of the storyline and the Doge Project's goal to mission to defeat the winter bears, be crowned as the Kingdom to rule all Crypto Kingdoms, and finally build a Decentralized Future.

The free mint "Decentra Unchained" will kick off the Doge Project with the paid trilogy starting with Phase 1 of the plan, titled "Doge is the New Gold." Learn more about the NFTs in the "Many NFT Collections" tab. These genesis collections will kick off the project.

Doge Project's NFT collections will be your exclusive access pass to participate in the Doge Project, including it's Decentralized Lottery (DeLot), the decentralized arcade in the meta verse, and all other future decentralized applications. In addition, holders will have access to the Doge Project's Lounge in the Discord and access to the Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). The DAO will be the governing body over the whole Doge Project. The DAO community can expect to have decision power over the future of the DeLot (frequency of the lottery, what coin is the purchasing coin) and also where and when the charity pool money is distributed. The DAO community will also have decision power on future Doge Projects.

Non-Fungible Tokens Collections

The Non-Fungible Tokens (“NFT”) market has taken the world by storm and there is no doubt that they are here to stay. NFTs have proven to be a reliable and monetizable bridge between the real world and the digital environment as a store of value capable of retaining ownership rights. Their functionality has made them essential for the development of the digital economy, while attracting not only decentralized audiences, but also big brands and institutional investors. Ownership, utility, and community play a major role in what attracts buyers.

Have you ever thought about how silly it was to pay a quarter to play one round of an arcade game, seeing that you can have those games on your own tv now? What about taking your kids to an arcade, to play the same game they have at home, but having to buy the arcades tokens and dropping $50 for a half hour of paly? Kids growing up with an Xbox and laughing at the older generation who spent hundreds of dollars just to play the game at an arcade, and never owned it or able to play whenever they wanted. Well, in ten years, kids will laugh at that generation who played games without owning the in-game items, without being able to monetize those items and earn money, and who just played to play the game. That is what NFTs bring.

Doge Project initially has planned for 4 collections of NFTs that will act as the access passes into the community and the Decentralized Lottery. Each paid collection will consist of 6969 minted unique pieces of art, algorithmically created out of 100s of different unique traits, and chosen from a pool of 25k created NFTs. There will be no two NFTs that are the same. This creates extreme uniqueness. Within the traits, there are also levels of rarity to each trait. Certain traits will be more prevalent than others, creating another layer of uniqueness. The NFTs will be minted onto the Ethereum blockchain, as it is the most popular blockchain for decentralized applications, web3 projects, and NFT projects and adds a sense of legitimacy in the space. This will be especially advantageous as Ethereum evolves and decreases the cost of gas fees and energy consumption. The 3 paid collections will be art pieces titled Doge is the New Gold, House of Doge, and House of Shiba. The 4th collection will be a Free Mint and is a Profile Picture NFT (PFP) NFT that can be used on social media accounts and that will also be the users personalized character in the Metaverse.
